If your organization is upgrading or migrating to new network software of hardware components, you can outsource the project to LanzTek, or we can help your company to complete the project including customized training to your employees to ensure that they are able to manage those new resources. As they learn, they will be putting into practice their new knowledge.

We structure this program around the solutions needed to solve the IT difficulties or challenges your company confronts. As a result, the problems get resolved, and your employees acquire the knowledge and skills to manage and maintain your IT infrastructure.

This training is very limited on lecture and intensive on discovery and participation. It is a learning by doing approach. It includes time lines, benchmarks or milestones that are used along the way to measure our progress and ensure you are on track.

Public Training

LanzTek does not offer public classes directly. Rather we create exclusive partnerships with third party organizations, colleges and universities.

Through these partnerships we provide IT training and development classes that combine our technical training experience with the institutions' infrastructure and administrative resources.

We partner with institutions that support blended learning solutions. Students experience a combination of  instructor-led hands-on classes with computer-based training (CBT), and web-based training (WBT).

Becoming proficient on IT requires new skills, new knowledge, and new thinking. But above all, it requires new experience.

Besides providing intensive hands-on labs, we offer free limited support to former students on their job responsibilities for up to 6 months after they end the program.
