Fair Value Policy

Our customers pay for the performance and results that we deliver as expected on the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA includes the dollar amount or Fair Value for the work that must be done. If we do not complete the job as expected on the SLA, you have the right not to pay LanzTek or pay the amount you think is a Fair Value.
